ایک بہت اچھی تحریر جسے پڑھنے میں صرف دو منٹ لگیں گے۔ دوستو چینی اور جاپانی لوگ اپنے کھانے کے ساتھ ٹھنڈا پانی پینے کی بجائے نیم گرم پانی پیتے ھیں۔ اس وجہ سے وھاں دل کی بیماریاں نہ ھونے کے برابر ھیں۔ شاید اب وقت آ چکا ھے، کہ ھم بھی کھانے کے ساتھ ٹھنڈا پانی پینے کی بجائے نیم گرم پانی پینا شروع کر دیں۔ بلاشبہ کھانے کے ساتھ ٹھنڈا پانی پینا اچھا لگتا ھے، لیکن ٹھنڈا پانی پینے سے کھانے میں موجود چکنائی جم جاتی ھے، جسکی وجہ سے کھانا ھضم کرنے کا عمل سُست ھو جاتا ھے۔ اور جب یہ چکنائی جسم میں موجود ایسڈ کے ساتھ ملن کے بعد intestine کے ساتھ جم جاتی ھے۔ اور پھر آخر کار ھارٹ اٹیک یا سرطان کی صورت اختیار کر لیتی ھے۔ لہذا کھانے کے ساتھ گرم پانی اور سوپ پینا بہتر ھے۔

ھارٹ اٹیک کی عام علامات

سب سے پہلے یہ بات یاد رکھیں کہ ضروری نہیں کہ ہر ھارٹ اٹیک کی علامت بائیں بازو میں درد ھو، جبڑے میں شدید درد بھی ہارٹ اٹیک کی ایک علامت ھے۔ کبھی کبھار ایسا بھی ھوتا ھے، ھارٹ اٹیک کے وقت سینے میں بالکل بھی درد نہ ھو۔ متلی اور بہت زیادہ پسینہ بہنا بھی عام علامات ھیں۔ 60 فیصد لوگوں کو سوتے ھوئے ھارٹ اٹیک ھوت جاتا ھے اور پھر وہ کبھی نہیں جاگتے۔ جبڑے میں درد کی وجہ سے انسان گہری سے گہری نیند سے بھی بیدار ھو جاتا ھے۔ اس لئے ھمیشہ خیال رکھیں، کیونکہ آپ کو جتنی زیادہ معلومات ھونگی، ھارٹ اٹیک کے بعد بچ جانے کے چانسز اتنے ھی زیادہ ھوں گے۔ اس بات کو جتنا زیادہ پھیلا سکتے ھیں پھیلائیں۔ کیا معلوم آپکی پہھلائی ھوئی معلومات کی بنا پہ کسی کی جان بچ جائے !!!
